The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.

The employees here need better customer service skills. I spoke to someone regarding my daughters formula, first she asked for my information and would interrupt me while I was giving it to her, then I told her my situation regarding being on my daughters last can of formula until the 14th of this month (December) I believe I gave her a clear explanation. she told me about an appointment that I had coming up which had nothing to do with my issue/question. I corrected her and she became upset and then told me we cannot change the dates on the vouchers which is understandable, but she could have done it without the attitude and maybe offer a solution as what I could do. I am grateful for the resources that WIC provides for my daughter and I, but please train your employees better.
