It appears by these reviews that there may be an issue with scheduling. While for the most part they have been very helpful and have a great staff, I have to agree with these complaints. They have a very poor scheduling system. Don’t give up, just because their IT Dept Management needs a lesson on how to run it.
i have been calling to make an appointment and nobody has been answering the phone and i am getting the automated service telling me to hold on the line for someone to answer but nobody is answering
It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get through to make an appointment. The fact that you have to call to make an appointment for the NEXT DAY is inconvinient,,it should at least be done a week out. Every time I call, it's always busy, then if/when I do get through, there are no appointments available. I havn't been able to get an appointment for over 3 months as I am only off 1 day during the week. Please change your appointment system!
You know I have been trying for the past week to get in. Oh ya they tell u to call In the morning haa! Would be nice if someone on the other end would pick the fucking phone up I have called all morning today yesterday ans tuesday come on people
