The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.

WIC is available to women in Arizona who are pregnant and breastfeeding. Postpartum women along with infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines are also eligible for WIC.

. When arriving at the WIC clinic, you will need to bring the following:
Proof of income ( latest paycheck, last years tax return, or a letter from your current employer).
Bring a proof of AHCCCS, TANF, Food Stamps, or Section 8 participation who meet WIC income guidelines if you have them.
